Call routing if more than one GSM SIM cards are used

Problem

I put one more sim card in the gateway which will have a different number. Now, we want to do that when ever call will come on this number it should route through 3cx and then it should only go to one particular extension.



Solution

create a port group for every SIM card

crate a dialplan from GSM direction for every port

change the entry in New Destination from \1 to the expected number
