You believe that the gateway/card hardware is defective? Make sure to follow below steps before submitting an RMA Request, so that we can process your request asap. 

Solution

If you have followed all steps above and you still consider a hardware defect please contact our support.

Before considering a potential hardware defect and starting an RMA, you should at least follow these steps:

  1. Do a Hardware Factory Reset
  2. change the Power-Supply (Gateway) 
  3. use a different Server (PCI/e Card)
  4. change all cables
  5. Update to the latest stable Firmware
