Problem

You believe that the gateway/card hardware is defective? Make sure to follow below steps before submitting an RMA Requestrequest, so that we can process your request asap.

Before considering a potential hardware defect and starting an RMA, you should at least follow these steps:

  1. Do Perform Hardware Factory Reset
  2. change Change the Power-Supply (Gateway) 
  3. use Use a different Server (PCI/e Card)
  4. change Change all cables
  5. Update to the latest stable Firmware
  6. Make a Loopback Test in case of a port failure
