Setting Custom SIP Headers

This article explains how to set custom SIP Headers like “P-Headers” defined in RFC 7315 or X-Headers. Adding custom Headers is supported since Firmware 19.01

Custom SIP Headers can either be set in the SIP Configuration or in the Dialplan. There are 10 SIP Headers slots which can be used. In the SIP Headers variables can be used like “${new_source}” or “${new_destination}” to include dynamic content as well.

The options works similar to the various sip_pai_XX options, but in a generic manner:

sip_priv0_all=X-My-CID: ”name” <${new_source}@${account_domain}> => Output HEADER: X-My-CID: “name” <123@muh.de> sip_priv1_user=X-My-CID: ${oad2} => Output HEADER: X-My-CID: “name” <123@muh.de>

the variable “account_domain” should be added as well.

The configuration options can be set under “more”:

The above example shows how to add the so called PANI Header:

sip_priv0_all_setting=P-Access-Network-Info: My PANI Header
