You believe that the appliance hardware is defective? Make sure to follow below steps before submitting an RMA Request, so that we can process your request asap. 


Before considering a potential Hardware defect, you should at least follow these steps:

  1. Perform a Factory Reset & Hypervisor recovery

  2. Use a different set of: "Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse"
  3. Change the power supply
  4. Change all cables
