How to downgrade from FW 20.XX to 3.XX

1. Go to "Management."

2. Navigate to the "Firmware Update" sub-menu and click on "Reboot in Update Mode."

3. Click on "Choose File" and locate the appfs-19.01.tar.gz file, then click "Upload."

4. Press "Install," then click "OK," and wait for the installation process to complete.

5. Repeat steps 1-4, but this time with the version appfs-16.17.tar.gz.

6. Next, repeat steps 1-4, but this time with the version appfs-3.0.19.tar.gz.

7. You're done.
